In which areas do you deliver?

We deliver everywhere in North America and Europe. We deliver the day after ordering at some locations for an additional fee. We also deliver to Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Standard shipment takes approximately five to seven business days. Shipping times may take longer in December and June. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge for orders over $ 100.

What if I don't receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our store. If your item does not arrive on time, please let us know and we will find your item for you. If your order cannot be delivered to you within 24 hours, we will refund the shipping costs.

Which items can be returned?

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and must not have been washed or worn. Notify us immediately if an item is delivered damaged. You will then be refunded the full purchase price of the item.

How much are the shipping costs for the return?

Returns are free when you use our prepaid return labels. Repack the item, attach the label to the original packaging and return it to us.

I received an article as a gift. Can I return it?

Items that have been gifted must have the gift receipt to be eligible for a refund. The return will be treated like any other return and you will receive a gift certificate worth the current sale price of the item. Note: Gifts can be returned within 28 days of the purchase date.
